Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • We are a family resort and therefore gladly accept bookings from responsible adults over the age of 25.

  • All cabins must be reserved with a non-refundable 50% e-transfer.  The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival by a non-refundable e-transfer.

  • No refunds will be offered for any reason or timeframe.

  • Credit Card payments are not accepted.

  • Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is 11am.

Visitor Policy

  • Visitors of registered guests over 18 are welcome from 8am to 10pm for a fee of  $15 per day- this needs to be paid via e-transfer prior to their arrival or by cash upon arrival as we do not have a debit/credit machine.

  • Visitors need to register at the office and ask for available parking.

  • Guests who have visitors are 100% responsible for their behaviour and any damages they may create.

  • This has been implemented as there are additional expenses incurred by visitors for power, water, septic disposal, etc.

Pet Policy

Dear honoured guests,

We have had to alter our pet policy due to damages sustained to furniture, screens, floors and more. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as we love animals and understand how valued they are as members of the family.

Please understand that we have very limited staff and time between guests to make repairs and do extensive cleaning of fur caused by pets.

We have always had a small, non-shedding, stay-off-the-furniture rule, however many guests over the years have arrived with large, shedding dogs (and even cats) that unintentionally destroyed furniture and doors, and caused us to spend hours trying to get fur off furniture and out of the cabins.  We simply aren't equipped to deal with issues like this, and at times, our guests with allergies simply can't stay in a cabin after them.

We have also had guests invite visitors who arrive with large, shedding pets who go into the cabins and cause the same issues.

By altering our policies, we aim to keep the cabins going and available to as many people as possible. Please read them below.

Thank you for understanding,

Brian & Candy

Dog Policy

  • Small (Under 20 lb) well-trained, non-shedding dogs are welcome in Cabin 5 for a fee of $75 per pet, per visit and must stay off of furniture.

  • No cats or other animals please.

  • All dogs MUST remain on a leash at the resort and their waste disposed of properly.

  • Dogs that do not meet these conditions (under 20lbs and non-shedding) will not be allowed to stay and guests will forfeit their stay if they cannot make arrangements for their pet.  No refunds will be issued.

  • Visitors of guests who bring a pet must keep their dog outdoors and on a leash at all times. They are NOT allowed in the cabin for any reason. Registered guests are responsible for their visitors and their visitor's pets and will be charged a cleaning fee of $200 if this rule is violated.

*We will ONLY host dogs in Cabin 5 so that we can keep the rest of the cabins allergen-free for our many guests who suffer from pet allergies.*

Find Lac La Peche by traveling 17 kms north of Blaine Lake on Highway 12 and then turn left on a grid road named TWP RD 456 and travel 5 kms west, then turn right (you’ll see a green sign that says Lac La Peche Resort).

Then take the 3rd right at the Lac La Peche sign that has a big red canoe and 3 black bears on it. This road is labelled Lakeview Drive but doesn't show up on maps. Take that road down to the bottom and turn left and park in front of the docks.

Brian and Candy will be near the light grey garage that has a red roof and a Watercraft Rentals Sign.
